Woodroffe Health Centre is a registered massage therapy and acupuncture clinic in Ontario. Personal health information about our patients is handled in line with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the requirements of our regulatory colleges.
When you send a message through our website, your name, contact details, and message are delivered to the clinic's email through a form-forwarding service (FormSubmit). We use them only to reply to you. Please don't include medical history, diagnoses, or insurance numbers in the form — those are best discussed at your visit or by phone.
Online appointments are booked through ClinicSense, our clinic management system. Information you enter there (such as your name, contact details, and intake answers) is stored in that system and used to schedule and provide your care.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited and whether booking or phone buttons are clicked. We don't send your symptoms, questionnaire answers, or health information to Google Analytics. Our Care Guide tools run in your browser; we only record that the guide was started or completed and which type of care it suggested (massage, acupuncture, or combined) — never your answers.
